The THS/PH21N system stands at the forefront of ultra-high sensitivity inspection, designed to accurately detect magnetic, non-magnetic, and stainless steel metals. The superiority of CEIA systems stems from fully digital signal analysis, a solution that guarantees detection is completely unaffected by environmental electromechanical vibrations and ensures impeccable repeatability of responses. To optimize operations in complex environments, the device can be configured on four different transmission channels, eliminating the risk of mutual interference when multiple units are positioned in close proximity.

Logistics Integration and WIP Washing Solutions

Integration into production systems is fluid and immediate, especially when paired with tablet presses and dedusters. For production lines requiring frequent and rigorous cleaning cycles, the system adopts the Wash In Place (WIP) configuration. This solution features a fully sealed transit tunnel and ejection system with OEB 5 certification, ensuring maximum operator and environmental protection. At the end of each batch, integrated nozzles inject water to effectively remove any product residue from internal surfaces, simplifying post-production procedures.

Construction Quality and Hygienic Standards

System construction follows the strictest pharmaceutical protocols, with a mirror finish applied to all metal surfaces. Components intended for direct product contact are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and PETG, materials chosen for their chemical inertness and durability. Maintenance is made extremely efficient by the modular design, which allows for rapid disassembly of every sensitive part without the use of tools. The system is fully compliant with 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211, ensuring a suitable and safe production process.

Digital Management and Data Integrity

Data security and traceability are fundamental pillars of the THS/PH21N. Compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 allows for secure management of electronic records and digital signatures, supported by an internal SPM Flash memory capable of storing up to 10,000 events. The user interface consists of a stainless steel keyboard and an ultra-high contrast OLED display, through which it is possible to manage up to 500 different products and configure profiles for 40 operators with differentiated access levels.

Operational Safety and Reject Monitoring

Process control is entrusted to a suite of automated functions, including the AUTOTEST and AUTO-QC systems for constant performance verification. Operational safety is guaranteed by the Fail Safe mode and a double-confirmation system that supervises the correct movement of the ejection flaps. Upon request, the system can be further equipped with anti-static input funnels and sensors for monitoring clogging or the filling level of the reject container. The Control Power Box is UL 508A and CSA-C22.2 certified, operating with a universal power supply range.

Connectivity and Network Infrastructure

To meet the needs of modern Industry 4.0, the system offers extremely versatile communication options. In addition to the direct RS-232 connection and integrated Bluetooth, the unit can be interfaced via Ethernet or Wi-Fi protocols. This flexibility facilitates report exportation and bidirectional communication with corporate management systems, allowing for remote and centralized monitoring of all metal inspection phases.
